Business Development Executive – Melbourne

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is one of several newly created, SMB/Enterprise Market positions that will see you create revenue opportunities in the Melbourne/ VIC fleet vehicle market. Similar executive positions are available in Brisbane and Sydney markets. The successful applicants will work with a team of support professionals, including Pre-Sales staff, Project Management and Design and Development engineers to create IVMS solutions for fleet vehicle companies throughout Australia. While you will enjoy strong marketing support and a consistent flow of leads, this is a new business development role that requires a proven B2B sales person who can open their own doors and close their own opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

  • at least 2 years of Telematics/IVMS sales experience
  • a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • sold Telematics solutions within multi stakeholder environments
  • ability to negotiate contracts at a senior level
  • the drive to be one of the industry’s top earners
  • unquestionable business ethics and integrity
